摘 要:采用计算流体力学(CFD)和数值传热学(NHT)方法对工程机械分离式冷却系统进行数值仿真分析,利用三维实体风扇和热交换器模型构建4种分离式冷却系统模型,并进行流动传热和风扇匹配特性分析。研究结果表明:在相同热交换器布置形式下,吸风式风扇方案功耗更低;在相同风扇形式下,热交换器正交布置方案流动传热性能更优;最后,采用冷却系统性能系数(Q/W)以及匹配特性曲线对这4种分离式冷却系统进行综合性能分析,可知吸风式风扇、热交换器正交布置方案最节能。Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) and numerical heat transfer(NHT) study of flow and heat transfer on construction machinery detached cooling system were presented. Four detached cooling system numerical models were created by three-dimensional entity fan and heat exchanger models, and the analyses of fluid flow and heat transfer as well as fan matching were carried out. The results show that with the same heat exchangers' arrangement, the scheme with induced fan has a lower power consumption; with the same fan configuration, the scheme with orthogonal heat exchangers has a better thermal performance. Finally, the comprehensive performances of these 4 detached cooling systems were evaluated with the coefficient of performance(Q/W) and the matching curves of cooling system, so the schemes with induced fan or orthogonal heat exchangers is the most energy saving one.
