摘　　要：目的研究2’,4’-二羟基查耳酮(TFC)对人雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌PC-3细胞的作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法使用CCK-8法检测细胞存活率,使用流式细胞术分析细胞凋亡率和细胞周期。结果 TFC能剂量依赖性地降低PC-3细胞的存活率,增加PC-3细胞的凋亡率,使细胞周期阻滞于G0/G1期。结论 TFC能降低PC-3细胞的存活率并诱导其凋亡,可能与其引起PC-3细胞G0/G1期阻滞有关。Objective To study the effects of 2′, 4′-dihydroxychalcone（TFC） on androgen-independent prostate cancer PC-3 cells and its possible mechansim. Methods The CCK-8 assay was employed for cellular survival rate, flow cytometry（FCM） for detection of apoptotic rate and cell cycles. Results TFC significantly reduced the survival rate of PC-3 cells, increased the percentage of apoptosis, arrested cell cycle in G0/G1 phase in a concentration dependent manner. Conclusion TFC could reduce the survival rate and induce the apoptosis in PC-3 cells possiblly by arresting cell cycle in G0/G1 phase.
