安徽与其它主产区地产太子参药材中太子参环肽B的含量比较研究

摘　　要：目的考察安徽地产太子参药材中太子参环肽B含量,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent HC-C_（18）（2）（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）为色谱柱;流动相：A为水,B为乙腈,流速为1.0 ml/min;梯度洗脱条件为：0 min,2%B;10 min,10%B;30 min,45%B;35 min,45%B;检测波长：203 nm;柱温：30℃。结果太子参环肽B含量在0.001%~0.040%之间,安徽产8个样品中5个样品的太子参环肽B含量高于或等于平均值,其中4个样品在全部16个样品中太子参环肽B含量处于前列。高于平均值的样品含量高低顺序依次为：安徽芜湖1〉江苏句容1〉安徽芜湖2〉安徽宣城〉安徽广德1〉江苏句容2〉江苏溧阳1〉江苏句容3〉安徽广德2〉江苏溧阳2。结论该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,结果可靠,并为安徽地产太子参药材中太子参环肽B含量情况提供了基础实验依据。Objective To investigate the content of Pseudostellarin B in Pseudostellariae Radix produced in Anhui province, and provide the basis for scientific evaluation and effective control of its quality. Methods An HPLC method was performed on a Agilent HC-C18 （2） column （4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm） with water（A） and acetonitrile （B） as mobile phase .The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the gradient elution condition was as follows： 0 min, 2% B; 10 min, 10% B; 30 min, 45% B; 35 min, 45% B.The detecting wavelength was set at 203 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The content of Pseudostellarin B was between 0.001% - 0.040%. Five samples in Anhui produced eight samples was higher than or equal to the average, and four of them in all sixteen samples was in the front row. The order of content higher than the average was as follows： Wuhu 1 in Anhui province〉Jurong 1 in Jiangsu province〉Wuhu 2 in Anhui province〉Xuancheng in Anhui province〉 Guangde 1 in Anhui province〉Jurong 2 in Jiangsu province〉Liyang 1 in Jiangsu province〉Jurong 3 in Jiangsu province〉Guangde 2 in Anhui province〉Liyang 1 in Jiangsu province. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and reproducible with reliable results, and provide the basic experimental basis for content determination of Pseudostellarin B in Anhui authentic Pseudostellarin heterophylla （Miq.） Pax medicinal materials.
