天麻素注射液联合血塞通对后循环缺血性眩晕患者临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究天麻素注射液联合血塞通治疗后循环缺血性眩晕患者的临床效果。方法:选取76例在我院进行诊治的后循环缺血性眩晕患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。所有患者给予常规治疗,对照组患者在此基础上给予注射用血塞通静脉滴注,1天1次;观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用天麻素静脉滴注,1天1次。所有患者治疗14天后评价疗效,并统计治疗期间的不良反应。结果:治疗后,对照组患者评价总有效28例,总有效率为73.7%(28/38),观察组患者评价总有效35例,总有效率为92.1%(35/38),两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组患者均未发生明显的不良反应。结论:在治疗后循环缺血性眩晕患者时联合应用天麻素注射液和血塞通,不仅具有更加显著的治疗效果,而且无明显不良反应发生,值得临床上研究应用。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of gas-trodin injection combine with sanqi panax notoginseng for injec-tion in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Methods：To select 76 patients with posterior circulation isch-emic vertigo in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment, ran-domly divided into control group and observation group, 38 cas-es in each group. All patients were given routine treatment, the patients in control group was given sanqi panax notoginseng for injection on this basis, once a day; The observation group was treated with gastrodin injection on the basis of the control group, once a day. All patients were evaluated after 14 days of treat-ment, and statistical adverse reactions during the treatment. Re-sults：After treatment, the patients in the control group evaluat-ed effective 28 cases, the total effective rate was 73.7%（28/38）, and the patients in the observation group evaluated effective 35 cases, the total effective rate was 92.1%（35/38）. Compared with the two groups, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）; And no obvious reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion：On curing the patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo applied to both gastrodin injection and sanqi panax notoginseng for injection, not only has a more significant therapeutic effect, and no obvious adverse reactions occurred, it ’s worthy of clinical research and application.
