摘  要:以油菜籽为原料,采用液相溶剂法,通过单因素试验,对影响硫苷提取效果的各因素进行研究。分别考察了溶剂用量、料液比、温度、时间及提取次数对硫苷提取效果的影响,并采用可见分光光度计对硫苷的含量进行了测定,确定了其最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明:在料液比为1︰12,70℃下,采用70%乙醇提取6 h所得硫苷的含量最高,为36.84μmol/g;相同条件下,两次提取后,硫苷残留量为0.23μmol/g,可忽略不计。The content of glucosinolates extracted from rapeseed was studied by solvent method and single factor experiment. The effects of different parameters on the extraction of glucosinolates, such as solvent concentration, ratio of solid to liquid, temperature, time and extract times, were studied, respectively. By using the visible spectrophotometer, glucosinolates content was measured and the optimum extraction conditions were confirmed. The results indicated that the highest content of glucosinolates with 36.84 μmol/g can be obtained at 70 ℃ for extraction of 6 h by using 70% ethanol as solvent and material to solvent ratio of 1:12. Under the same conditions, the residue amount of glucosinolates was 0.23 μmol/g after two extractions which can be ignored.
