摘　　要：本研究根据天津农业国际化现状和发展定位,在对调研数据深入分析的基础上,指出了农业经济国际化发展需求与高水平复合型外语人才不足之间的矛盾;提出了农业外语人才开发的三大战略:高校——以复合型人才培养为目标的大学科战略,用人单位——以国际化为导向的人才开发战略,社会——以多元文化为宗旨的人才吸纳战略。Based on the present situation and the development orientation of the internationalization of Tianjin agriculture, this study made a deep analysis of the surveyed data and found out the contradictions between the demand of agricultural internationalization and the supply of foreign language talents, and also proposed three strategies of talents development： universities should aim at interdisciplinary talents training; employers should develop internationalized talents and society should attract multicultural talents.
