摘 要:针对谢一矿5121(s)B9b工作面坚硬顶板巷道受高地应力及动压影响较大,采场坚硬顶板在垮落时垮落步距大,来压强烈等特点,采用理论分析及现场实测相结合的方法,研究了顶板的垮落特征及其对回采巷道影响,对工作面运输巷采用了树脂加长锚固强力锚杆和锚索的组合支护方式,确定了锚杆索支护参数,并制订了合理的支护方案。现场实测表明,强力锚网索组合支护系统能够满足深部坚硬顶板巷道支护要求,巷道的最大变形率控制在6.1%以内,确保了掘进及回采期间的巷道安全。Aiming at the impact of dynamic pressure and high ground stress in deep mine with hard roof,the big first weighting interval and strong mine pressure behavior in the stope of 5121( s) B9 b working face in the Xieyi mine,this paper studies collapse characteristics of hard roof and the effect on mining roadway,using theoretical analysis and field measurement. In transport roadway of working face,a combined support is applied comprising extensible high strength resin bolt and cable,the bolt-cable parameters and the support scheme are determined reasonably. Field test show that the support scheme meet the requirements of deep mine hard roof roadway support,the maximum deformation rate of gateway is controlled within 6. 1%,ensuring the roadway safety during excavation and mining.
