骨痹息痛巴布膏制备工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:制备骨痹息痛巴布膏。方法:采用正交试验法,以初黏力的检查等作为评价指标,确定最佳基质组成,制成骨痹息痛巴布膏。结果:巴布膏的优选处方为明胶5%、卡波姆4%、浸膏3%、甘油30%、桃胶10%、纯化水40%、氮酮:丙二醇1∶7。结论:按最佳工艺条件制备的骨痹息痛巴布膏膏面光洁、色泽一致,且满足黏性要求。Objective： To study on the preparation technology of Gubi Xitong Babu Plaster. Methods： The formulation was optimized by using orthogonal design, with the adhesion properties as indexes. Results： The optimized prescription of the plaster was 5% gelatin, 4% carbomer, 30% the extract, 30% glycerol, 10% peach gum, and 40% purified water, as well as azone and propylene glycol, the ratio of which was 1：7. Conclusion： The Gubi Xitong Babu Plaster prepared according to the optimum preparation technology fit the quality require- ments.
