摘　　要：目的:系统评价针刺治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法:通过全面检索维普、万方、CNKI等中文数据库中近10年相关文献,运用Cochorane系统评价方法,依据纳入排除标准筛选文献,并采用Rev Man5.2软件进行质量评价和Meta分析。结果:纳入合格文献7篇,共783例患者。Meta分析结果显示:综合疗效比较:异质性检验P=0.34,I2=12%,无异质性,选用固定效应模型;RR合并后Z检验:Z=5.96,P<0.00001,说明针刺治疗疗效和其他疗法相比,差异有统计学意义。症状评分结果显示:连续性资料同一测量标准采用加权均数差(WMD),MD=2.19,95%CI(1.22,3.16),RR合并后Z检验:Z=4.43,P<0.00001,说明在改善患者症状方面治疗组优于对照组。结论:针刺治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好疗效,能改善患者症状。但在今后临床工作中仍需开展更多设计严格、高质量、大规模、多中心、规范化的随机双盲对照试验,做进一步验证支持,为临床提供可靠证据。Objective： To evaluate the effect of acupuncture treatment on chronic atrophic gastritis. Meth- ods： Through comprehensive search of VIP, Wangfang and CNKI Chinese database in recent 10 years, and Co- chorane system evaluation method, the RevMan5.2 software was applied for quality evaluation and Meta analysis. Results： A total of 7 literatures, including 783 patients, were selected. Meta analysis results showed that the comprehensive curative effect comparison with no heterogeneity （P=0.34, I2=12%）, and the fixed effect model was selected; RR combined inspection： Z=5.96, P〈0.00001, suggesting that acupuncture treatment showed better curative effect, compared with other treatments. Symptom scores showed MD=2.19, 95% CI（1.22, 5.16）; the RR Z combined inspection： Z=4.43, P〈0.00001, suggesting_that acupuncture has statistical significance to improve the symptoms. Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment showed good effect on chronic atrophic gastritis, with improve- ment of the symptoms. But there should be more rigorously designed, high quality, large-scale, multi center, standardized controlled trials in future clinical work, for further verification support, in order to provide reliable evidence for clinical.
