摘 要:分析中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司(济南分公司)氢气平衡和含氢气体组成,发现其氢气利用率较低,仅为76.37%,同时有大量廉价氢气可以回收。根据含氢气体特性,研究了加氢低分气脱硫脱氨工艺,脱除低分气中的氨和硫化氢后,重整氢气提浓装置可以回收低分气中的氢气;通过改造催化干气氢气提浓装置,可以回收催化干气和重整氢气提浓装置解吸气中的氢气。预计项目实施后,基于目前的加工量,济南分公司可以回收氢气4 313 m^3/h,从而停运干气制氢装置,氢气利用率可以提高近10百分点。在质量升级项目完成后,氢气回收项目可以充分发挥作用,每年可以回收氢气6 253 t,节约天然气27 kt/a,降低全厂加工损失率0.36%,具有较好的经济效益。It is found in analyzing hydrogen and hydrogen-containing gas balance in Sinopec Jinan Company that the utilization ratio of hydrogen gas is low, which is only 76.37% and there is a great potential to recover a large amount of cheap hydrogen. According to the properties of hydrogen-containing gas in Sinopec Jinan Company, the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) unit for reformer hydrogen can recover cheap hydrogen from low-pressure separator gas after removal of amine and hydrogen sulfide by associated process; the revam- ping of PSA unit for FCC dry gas can recover cheap hydrogen from the FCC dry gas and the PSA desorption gas of catalytic reformer. It is predicted that, after implementation of the project, the 4 313 m3/h of hydrogen gas can be recovered for the company, the hydrogen generation plant of dry gas can be shutdown and hydrogen utilization rate can be raised by 10%. After project upgrading, the hydrogen recovery project can fully play its role, 6 253 tons of hydrogen can be recovered each year, 27,000 tons of natural gas can be saved per year, and processing loss rate can be reduced by 0.36%. The economic benefit is significant.
