摘  要:近年来由于扩能改造的需要,双减压塔原油蒸馏流程已逐渐出现,如何优化操作参数,最大限度地发挥双塔效能已被关注。提出以柴油、轻蜡油收率最大和双减压炉能耗最小为目标函数,以前减压塔塔顶压力和两塔进料温度为优化变量的多变量优化方法。优化过程中,变量和目标函数之间的数据关系由模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ自动取得,并在其中镶入遗传算法以实现优化计算。以某6 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置的双减压塔为例进行研究,结果表明,较原操作相比,柴油和轻蜡油收率增加9.3%,两减压炉负荷之和降低15.3%。In recent years, the process of dual vacuum distillation columns of CDU has been applied in some expansion revamping projects. How to optimize the operation parameters of the dual columns appropriately and fully utilize the potential of the dual columns for the maximum benefit has drawn people' s attention. In this paper, a method is recommended, where the maximum yield of diesel plus light VGO and minimum energy consumption of two vacuum furnaces are taken as the target functions, and the running pressure of the first vacuum colunm as well as inlet temperatures of two vacuum columns are regarded as adjusted variables. In the process of optimization, the data relationship between the target functions and the adjusted variables is obtained by PRO/Ⅱ simulation automatically, the optimization calculation is finished by using genetic algorithm. The application in a 6.0 MM TPY CDU shows that the yield of diesel plus light VGO increases by 9.3% and its energy eonsmnption decreases by 15.3% as compared with original operation.
