摘 要:目的 探讨综合医院设置心理关怀护士岗位对提升优质护理质量的效果.方法 全院各临床科室根据床位使用率配备≥2名专职心理关怀护士,通过专业系统培训,形成以心理关怀护士为主导、其他护士辅助的心理护理模式.运用非精神科住院患者心理评定量表(MSSNS)、心理护理满意度调查问卷,对患者进行干预前后进行心理状态和工作满意度测评.结果 住院患者通过专业的心理护理干预后负性心理明显改善,患者对护理服务满意度也大幅提高,干预前后差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 心理关怀护士对患者进行有效的心理干预,有助于引导患者获得身心适宜状态,使其积极配合医疗护理,促进身心康复,提高心理护理专业水平及优质护理质量和患者满意度.Objective To explore the effects of setting up the post of psychological care nurses on improving the high quality nursing service. Methods According to utilization rate of beds, two or more professional psychological care nurses were employed in every clinical departments of our hospital. After professionally systematic training, a psychological nursing care model based on psychological care nurses and other auxiliary nurses was established. The patients′ physiological status and nursing care satisfaction were evaluated with Mental Status Scale in Non-psychiatric Settings ( MSSNS) and psychological nursing satisfaction questionnaire before and after psychological intervention. Results After the professional psychological care intervention, the patients′ negative emotions and nursing care satisfactions were improved significantly. The differences before and after the intervention were statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). Conclusions The effective psychological nursing care model, lead by psychological care nurses, can improve patients′psychological comfort and nursing care satisfactions.
