健脾补肾活血法联合小剂量安雄治疗慢性再障的疗效及生存质量观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾补肾活血法为主联合小剂量安雄治疗慢性再障的疗效。方法:135例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用生血合剂,对照组服用复方皂矾丸,两组均服用小剂量安雄。3个月为1疗程,2个疗程以上行临床疗效评估及生存质量分析。结果:治疗组总有效率78.89%;对照组总有效率64.44%,两组比较率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组中医证候改善优于对照组(P<0.05),出血情况及感染发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),生存质量高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:健脾补肾活血法为主综合方案治疗慢性再障临床疗效良好。Objective： To investigate the effect of the remedy combining kidney and spleen-strengthening and blood circulation-activating with small-dose androgen on chronic aplastic anemia. Methods： 135 patients of chronic aplastic anemia （CAA） were randomized into the treatment group and control group Patients in the treatment group took Shengxue mixture; while patients in the control group was treated with compound Zaofan pill. All patients were treated additionally with small dose of androgen. All patients received more than two courses of treatment, each for three months. The efficacy of the remedy and the survival qualities were evaluated and analyzed after 2 courses＇ treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.89%, higher than 64.44% in the control group, which was of statistical difference（P 〈 0.01）. The curative effect on TCM syndrome was better in the treatment group than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）; bleeding classification relieving was superior to that of the control group （P〈 0.05）; the rate of complication with infection was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; and therate of survival qualities was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01）.
