摘　　要：目的:探讨穿刺、抽吸胚胎减胎术在多胎妊娠减胎中的效果与安全性。方法:在超声导引下,穿刺针经阴道、子宫壁直接进入胚囊心管搏动区,移动针尖反复穿刺破坏胚胎,并负压吸出胚芽,分析减胎的效果和安全性。结果:11例多胎妊娠均1次减胎成功,无术后感染和凝血障碍等并发症。结论:穿刺抽吸胚胎减胎术的减胎成功率高,安全性好。Objective： To explore the effect and safety of puncture and aspiration in embryo reduction in patients with mukiple pregnancy. Methods： Guided by ultrasound, puncture needle was directly into the heart of embryo sac tube pulse area via vaginal and uterine walls, moved the needle and punctured repeatedly to destroy the embryo, and then, took away the germ by negative pressure aspiration. Then, the efficacy and safety of embryo reduction were analyzed. Results： 11 cases of muhiple pregnancy were all successfully reduced once for all, no such complications as infection and coagulation disorders occurred. Conclusion： Puncture and aspiration has a high successful rate in embryo reduction, and it is safe as well.
