摘　　要：新形势下,国有企业的功能定位就是要保证国家经济发展战略的实现,在转变经济发展方式中起引领作用。笔者通过构建经济发展方式转变测评指标体系,并运用熵值法赋予权重得出指数模型,结合国有工业企业财务效益、资产运营、偿债能力和发展能力四个维度指标进行实证分析,力求在微观的国有企业和宏观的经济发展两者之间建立一种逻辑关系,进一步明确国有资本在经济发展中应侧重的领域及功能定位,探索国有工业企业在经济发展方式转变中发挥拉动作用的路径。Due to the new economic situation, the function of state-owned enterprises is to ensure the realization of the national economic development strategy and playing a leading role in the transformation of the pattern of economic development. In this article, the pattern of economic development change evaluation index system is constructed and entropy value method is used to weight index model, combining four dimensions of the empirical analysis, that is, state own industrial firms financial benefits, assets operation ability, solvency and development. This article will introduce how to build a logical relationship between the state-owned enterprises in the microeconomic term and economic development in the macroeconomic term to expatiate that the functional orientation of state own capital and the focusing realms in the economic development,and explore the patterns of the path and the driving role of the state own industrial firms played in the transformation of economic development.
