摘 要:为探究水泥混凝土路面滑模施工过程中,各施工工序对路面平整度的影响,在3个路面改造工程中,共选择35个试验段,分别使用澳大利亚ARRB G2手推式精密断面仪,实时检测水泥混凝土路面滑模施工中不同基层与履带行走位平整度时相应路面、不同基准线桩距路面、有无人工3m直尺精平路面以及切缝与刻槽前后路面的国际平整度指数。主要结论如下:基层和履带行走位平整度以及切缝及刻槽工序对路面平整度没有影响;基准线桩距越小面层平整度越好,5m桩优于10m桩;人工3m直尺精平对路面平整度起破坏作用,精平次数越多,路面平整度越差。In order to study the influence of every construction procedure on the smoothness of cement concrete pavement in the slid-form construction, 35 test sections in 3 pavement reconstruction projects are chosen, Australian hand push type cross section instrument ARRB G2 is used to timely monitor the international roughness index of the different base courses and the paths of caterpillar track and corresponding pavement, the pavement which datum lines had different pile spacing, the pavement which has been trowelled by 3 meters ruler or not, the pavement which has been slit and grooved or not. The results are that there are not any influences of the smoothness of base course and path of caterpillar track on the smoothness of pavement; there are also not any influences of kerf and groove on the smoothness of pavement with the reducing of the pile spacing of datum line, the smoothness of pavement will become better, 5m pile is better than 10m pile; the trowelling by 3 metres ruler plays a negative role on the smoothness of pavement, the more trowelled, the worse the smoothness of pavement.
