摘 要:为确定沥青路面在施工阶段沥青基本性能参数的衰减程度,根据实际沥青路面的施工过程中老化行为的发生特征,确定采用全过程老化试验即采用密闭加热老化与旋转薄膜老化相结合的方式来进行室内试验,模拟并设计老化流程,对老化前后沥青相关性能参数进行定量评价,并与传统薄膜老化试验结果进行比对。以盘锦70号沥青为例,采用全过程老化处理后,沥青针入度下降40.6%,沥青标号由70号变为40号;60℃高温黏度上升39.8%;-25℃低温黏结强度下降50%;DSR试验中车辙因子提高237%,疲劳因子提高225%;BBR试验中劲度模量提高12.3%,斜率下降7.5%。两种沥青的测试数据变化规律一致。采用全过程老化处理后各项测试结果变化幅度远高于传统薄膜老化后的结果,表明实际沥青路面施工阶段沥青基本性能参数衰减比传统试验结果更加严重,沥青混合料设计过程中应充分考量在施工阶段老化所导致的基本性能参数的衰减效应。In order to determine the attenuation degree of asphalt basic property parameters during the asphalt pavement construction stage, according to the characteristics of aging behavior in the construction process of the asphalt pavement, the whole process of aging test is conducted which means that the combination of closed heating aging and rotating film aging method to simulate and design the aging process, the quantitative evaluation of the related parameters of the asphalt before and after aging, and the results are compared with the traditional film aging test. Take Panjin 70# asphalt as an example, after the whole process of aging treatment, asphalt penetration decreases by 40.6%, asphalt grade changes from 70# to 40 # ; high-temperature viscosity under 60℃ rises by 39.8% the low-temperature cohesive strength at-25℃ decreases by 50% the rut factor in the DSR test increases by 237% and the fatigue factor increases by 225 %; the stiffness modulus in the BBR test increases by 12.3 % and the slope ratio decreases by 7.5%. The change law of the test data of two kinds of asphalt is same. The change of the whole process of aging treatment is much higher than that of the traditional film aging, the results show that the actual property parameters of asphalt pavement construction stage are more serious than the traditional test results, and the attenuation effect of the actual property parameters caused by aging in the construction stage should be considered adequately when design the process of asphalt mixture.
