摘  要:目前收费亭内的收费操作设施摆放位置不当、桌椅高度不合理等致使收费员工作舒适性差,职业病患病率高。在对收费员人体尺寸和工作状况进行的大量调查基础上,基于人体工程学,以人体静态尺寸为依据,对操作台与座椅的高度给出了合理建议;以人体动态尺寸为依据,对收费亭内的部分设施(点钞机、票据打印机、零钱箱、键盘、显示器、钱票箱)进行了人性化的摆放。通过优化,以达到提高工作人员的工作舒适度与工作效率的目的。At present wrong layout of charging operation facilities and unreasonable height of desks and chairs in the toll booths has caused the toll collectors poor comfort effect, and high prevalence rate of occupational diseases. With the knowledge of Ergonomics and through the investigation of a number of body size and working conditions of toll collectors, reasonable suggestions to the proper height of desk and chair are given based on the static body size; some facilities in the toll booth are replaced in a user-friendly way based on the dynamic body size, including currency-counting machine, printer, keyboard, display box and money box. Through optimization, the work condition and the work efficiency of operators can be improved.
