摘  要:目的了解广州城区大气PM_(10)中二噁英(PCDD/Fs)季节分布特征并进行健康风险评估。方法于2013年7月(夏)、10月(秋)采集大气PM_(10)样品,每月连续采样10 d,利用高分辨率气相色谱-高分辨质谱(HRGC/HRMS)分析了颗粒物中二噁英含量,在此基础上分析了PCDD/Fs组成变化特征和来源,并对其进行健康风险评价。结果夏秋两季PM_(10)浓度为0.065~0.208 mg/m^3,PM_(10)中17种PCDD/Fs总浓度为0.483~12.166 pg/m^3。秋季PCDD/Fs总浓度高于夏季,但PCDD/Fs单体含量水平无明显季节变化特征。秋季PCDD/Fs的毒性当量浓度是夏季的2.38倍;PM_(10)中PCDD/Fs致癌风险为4.69×10^(-12)~5.51×10^(-12)。结论本次调查的广州城区大气PM_(10)中二噁英水平有明显季节特征,秋季高于夏季,致癌风险低于可接受水平。Objective To explore the distribution characteristics and health risk assessment of PCDD/Fs in ambient PM10 in Guangzhou. Methods Polychlorinated dibenzo(p) dioxin and furan(PCDD/Fs) in PM10 were determined by HRGC/HRMS at urban Guangzhou during summer and autumn in 2013. Based on above database, the characterizations, sources and health risk were discussed. Results PM10 mass concentrations were ranged from 0.065 to 0.208 mg/m^3 and the total mass concentrations of17 PCDD/Fs species from 0.483 to 12.166 pg/m^3. Total mass concentrations of PCDD/Fs species in autumn were much higher than those in summer. The toxic equivalency quotients(TEQs) of PCDD/Fs were estimated. The TEQs of PCDD/Fs in summer was 2.38 times as high as those in autumn.The carcinogenic risks of PCDD/Fs in ambient PM10 were 4.69 ×10^(-12)-5.51 ×10^(-12).Conclusion The levels of PCDD/Fs in ambient PM10 in the investigated area of Guangzhou presents higher in autumn than those in summer, the carcinogenic risks of dioxin are below the acceptable level.
