摘　　要：本文分析了国外文献传递版权立法特点,并通过网络调研分析了高校图书馆文献传递版权保护现状以及服务中存在的版权风险,提出了合理使用原则的文献传递服务版权保护及风险防范策略。即:制定文献传递服务版权管理细则;尽到提醒注意义务,避免侵权;运用新技术加强版权保护;加强文献传递服务馆员的版权意识培养以及倡议图书馆行业协会为文献传递的合理使用争取更多的权利。On analyzing the characteristics and its enlightenments of the foreign copyright laws and regulations on document delivery, this paper in- vestigates and analyzes the copyright protection and its existing copyright risk of document delivery services of university libraries, and it proposes the suggestions on copyright protection and risk prevention of document delivery ba~ on the principle of fair use： making copyright management rules of document delivery, posting a copyright notice to avoid infringement, using new technology to enhance copyright protection, strengthening librarians＂ awareness of copyright and proposing library associations to fight for more rights of the fair use of document delivery.
