科研生产企业信息资源利用效果评价研究

摘　　要：本文根据作者自己多年的工作经验,分析了科研生产企业信息资源建设与利用特点,指出了科技信息资源建设与利用效果评价存在的问题,通过对存在问题的分析提出了改进和提升信息资源利用效果及其评价的措施建议,以期通过信息资源利用效果评价促进科技信息资源建设与科技信息工作,并提高对科学技术发展的支撑和保障能力。This paper draws the characteristics of developing and utilizing the information resources by the author＇s work experiences of many years. It points out the existing problems in evaluating the development and utilization efficiency of the information resources. Through analyzing the existing problems, this paper offers suggestions on how to improve and evaluate the utilization efficiency of the information resourees in a more rational way, in hope of enhancing both the development of information resources and scientific information work, as well as providing stronger support for scientific and technological development.
