摘　　要：针对火炮行进间射击过程中动态测试实施困难的问题,应用DH5902坚固型动态数据采集系统搭建了车载便携式数据采集平台,并应用LabVIEW软件对测试数据进行了时域与频域分析。首先分析了火炮行进间射击过程中的待测参数,选用相应传感器建立了测试方案。将DH5902数据采集仪中存储的测试数据导入计算机硬盘,应用LabVIEW软件建立相应的消除趋势项与滤波处理程序,对测试数据进行了预处理,并对处理后的数据进行了时域与频域分析,获取了火炮关键部件的振动特性。分析结果可为装备可靠性设计与校核提供指导,并为火炮行进间射击精度分析提供理论依据。The vehicle portable data acquisition platform is built up by DH 5902 hardened dynamic data acquisition system and the test data is time-domain analyzed and frequency-domain analyzed applying LabVIEW software aiming at the dynamic test problem of gun firing on the move .First of all ,the parameters to be measured of gun firing on the move are analyzed and test project is built up .Then the test data saves in the DH5902 data acquisition device is import into the computer disk ,the eliminating trend item program and filtering program are built up by LabVIEW software and the data is preprocessed .Lastly ,the data is time-domain analyzed and frequency-domain analyzed ,the vibration characteristics of the gun firing on the move is obtained .The analysis results could afford guidance for reliability design and adjustment and afford theory according for further firing on the move dynamic simulation .
