摘 要:本研究对疑似患有溶血性曼氏杆菌的病羊肺组织进行病原分离,并对分离菌株进行生化反应、动物致病性试验、PCR鉴定和药敏试验。结果表示,分离菌株为革兰阴性短杆菌且具有较强的致病性,经生化试验和PCR鉴定为溶血性曼氏杆菌,该分离菌株对大部分抗菌药物敏感,对红霉素和庆大霉素、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶耐药。本研究为溶血性曼氏杆菌病选择合理、正确的抗菌药物提供了一定的科学依据,并为进一步研究其耐药机制奠定了基础。The aim of this study was to isolate pathogens of the lung of the sheep with respiratory disease,and the strain were further identifed with the biochemical reactions,animal pathogenicity test,PCR analysis and antimicrobial susceptibility tests. The results showed that the isolated strains were gram-negative bacterium,which were finally confirmed as Mannheimia haemolytica through biochemical reactions and PCR analysis. According to the results of susceptibility test,the isolates were susceptible to most of the tested antibiotics. However,the isolates were resistant to sulfamonomethoxine, erythromycin and rentamicin. This study laid the scientific theoretical foundation for prevention and control of Mannheimia haemolytica infection and further studies of the mechanism of the antibiotic resistance of Mannheimia haemolytica.
