摘　　要：名老中医张梅芳教师在治疗眼底血症时,强调辨证论治的同时要顾护脾胃,并要注意调脾,其临床上也经常使用调脾的方法治疗眼底血症,且取得了较好的疗效,现对其经验进行总结和介绍。In this article, the author collected medical cases of fundus diseases with blood syndrome treated by Doctor ZHANG Meifang, then analyzed,summarized and compiled its academic thoughts. Results turned out that Professor ZHANG often treated blood syndrome of fundus disease by regulating spleen and received favorable clinical curative effects. ZHANG emphasized syndrome differentiation in management of this disease, and advocated regulating spleen. Furthermore ZHANG also suggested protecting the spleen and stomach in treatment.
