摘　　要：目的：了解2011至2014年宁波市鄞州区流动人口艾滋病防治相关知识、行为及艾滋病、梅毒感染状况,为制定防治策略措施提供科学依据。方法：2011至2014年对前来宁波市鄞州区疾病预防控制中心体检门诊进行体检的男性流动人口进行问卷调查,并进行艾滋病、梅毒的血清学检测。结果：2011至2014年共有1532名男性流动人口接受问卷调查及检测。调查对象主要为20-39岁年龄段人群,占61.3%;婚姻状况以已婚为主,有1162人,占75.8%;文化程度以初中最多,有1009人,占65.9%。调查对象艾滋病防治知识知晓率较低,最近一年与小姐发生性行为坚持使用安全套的比例为18.4%-25.4%;最近一年与临时性伴发生性行为坚持使用安全套的比例为3.6%-22.9%。2011至2014年共检测出HIV抗体阳性2人,梅毒抗体阳性率介于0.3%-2.5%之间,且呈逐年上升趋势。结论：需加强艾滋病非传播途径知识的宣传,提高艾滋病预防能力。艾滋病知信行,必须以知识为基础、以态度为动力,促使行为有效改变。Objectives： To understand the awareness of AIDS related knowledge,prevalence of risk behaviors and infection status of HIV,Treponema pallidum in male floating population in Yinzhou district of Ningbo from2011 to 2014,and provide evidence for the comprehensive prevention and control of AIDS. Methods： Questionnaire interviews were conducted in male floating population who came to Yinzhou District Center for Disease Control and Prevention for medical examination from 2011 to 2014. Blood samples were tested for HIV and syphilis infection.Results： 1532 male floating persons were surveyed from 2011 to 2014,and 61. 3% of them were 20 to 39 years old.Among them,1162 individuals were married,accounting for 75. 8%. 1009 individuals had the educational level of junior high school,accounting for 65. 9%. The awareness rate of HIV / AIDS prevention knowledge was low. The populations of consistent condom use while having commercial sex in past year were 18. 4% to 25. 4%. The populations of consistent condom use while having casual sex in past year were 3. 6% to 22. 9%. During 2011- 2014,2cases of positive anti- HIV were detected. The syphilis antibody infection rate was 0. 3% to 2. 5% and increased year by year. Conclusion： It is necessary to improve the publicity of knowledge about non- transmission,to enhance the ability of AIDS prevention. AIDS prevention must be based on knowledge,premised on faith,in order to change behavior effectively.
