头孢曲松钠联合胸腺五肽治疗早期宫颈癌合并梅毒的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察头孢曲松钠联合胸腺五肽治疗早期宫颈癌合并梅毒的临床疗效。方法:随机选取94例早期宫颈癌合并梅毒患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各47例。对照组予青霉素钠+苄星青霉素治疗,实验组予头孢曲松钠+胸腺五肽治疗,两组经治疗后行相同外科宫颈癌手术治疗。观察两组患者治疗后12周、24周、48周时复查快速血浆反应素环状卡片实验(RPR)转阴例数及梅毒复发例数,以及患者1年、3年、5年生存率。结果:两组经治疗后在12周、24周、48周RPR转阴例数均呈上升趋势,但实验组RPR转阴例数在12周、24周、48周时均高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组总梅毒总复发例数17例(占17.0%),实验组2例(占4.2%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组生存率呈下降趋势,其中两组1年生存率、3年生存率差异不明显(P>0.05);但实验组5年生存率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头孢曲松钠联合胸腺五肽治疗早期宫颈癌合并梅毒,疗效好,复发率低,能提高宫颈癌患者5年生存率。Objectives： To observe the clinical curative effect of ceftriaxone sodium combined with thymopentin for early cervical cancer joint syphilis. Methods： 94 patients with early cervical cancer merger syphilis were randomly chosen and grouped into control group and experimental group（ n = 47）. Control group received penicillin sodium ＋ benzathine penicillin for treatment,and the experimental group was given ceftriaxone sodium ＋ thymopentin. Both groups received cervical cancer surgery after treatment. The rapid plasma reagin turn ring card test（ RPR） negative cases and recurrence cases of syphilis in the two groups were observed in 12,24 and 48 weeks after treatment,and the survival rate 1 year,3 years and 5 years after treatment was recorded. Results： The number of negative RPR cases in both groups increased 12 weeks,24 weeks and 48 weeks after treatment,and that of experimental group was all higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were 17 syphilis recurrence cases in control group（ 17. 0%） and 2 cases in the experimental group（ 4. 2%）,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The survival rate in both groups declined,with no significant difference between the 1- year and 3- year survival rate（ P〉0. 05）,but the 5- year survival rate of experiment group was higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Ceftriaxone sodium combined with thymopentin is effective in treating early cervical cancer joint syphilis,with low recurrence rate and improved 5- year survival rate.
