摘　　要：醒脑静注射液被广泛用于脑血管疾病中，主要通过改善血脑屏障通透性、抗氧自由基损伤、抑制兴奋性氨基酸毒性和钙超载、抑制细胞凋亡、降低脑水肿和抑制细胞自噬等机制发挥作用。Xingnaojing injection has been widely used in the treatment of cerebral vascular diseases, through the following mechanisms： improving the blood-brain barrier （BBB） permeability, anti-oxidant free radical damage, inhibition of excitatory amino acids （EAA） toxicity and calcium overload, inhibition of apoptosis, reducing cerebral edema and inhibition of autophagy. Thus, the paper summarized its progress.
