重症肌无力患者自我效能与自我感受负担状况的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨重症肌无力患者自我效能水平和自我感受负担的特征,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用自我感受负担量表和慢性病自我效能感量表,对94例重症肌无力患者进行调查。结果重症肌无力患者自我感受负担总分为(36.90±6.17)分,自我效能总均分为(3.21±1.00)分。重症肌无力患者自我效能与自我感受负担呈负相关(r=-0.473,P<0.01)。结论重症肌无力患者自我感受负担为中等水平,自我效能水平较低,临床护理人员应采取有效措施提高重症肌无力患者自我效能水平,减轻患者自我感受负担。Objective To investigate the level of self-efficacy and self-perceived burden among patients with myasthenia gravis（MG）,and analyze the correlation between them. Methods Ninety-four MG patients were investi- gated with Self-Perceived Burden Scale and Self-Efficacy for Managing Chronic Disease 6-Item Scale. Results The mean score of MG patients＇ self-perceived burden was 36.90±6.17. The item mean score of MG patients＇ self-effi- cacy was 3.21±1.00. There was significantly negative correlation between MG patients＇ self-perceived burden and self-effleacy（r=-0.473 ,P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion MC patients＇ self-perceived burden is in the middle level and their self-efficacy is in the low level. Nurses should take appropriate measures to enhance MG patients＇ self-efficacy and reduce their self-perceived burden.
