浅谈某千级洁净室的净化空调设计

摘　　要：以某千级洁净室为例,阐述了洁净室净化空调系统设计的一般原则;介绍了空调系统采用的布置形式,送排风量的计算方法,空调机组的设计及选用的一些想法和经验,施工安装中需注意的问题等;最后指出了洁净室在工程设计中不能忽视的洁净度等问题及解决方法。同时着眼于"风量降低、效果改善、节约能源、方便调节、提高性能"的原则,取得了较好的效果。Taking a thousand - grade clean room as an example,the paper illustrated the general principles of air - conditioning designing of clean room, the arrange style of the system equipments, the calculation of the amount of ventilation air and the option of air - conditioning unit. The paper pointed out some problems need to be paid more attention. At the same time, it focused on the ＂ air volume reduction, the effect improvement, energy saving, convenient adjustment, improve performance＂ principle, all of those problems have found out better solutions.
