摘　　要：纬纱牵引力是纬纱飞行的主要动力来源,可以在引纬时给予纬纱所需的速度,使得气流引纬能够满足织造工艺要求。设计了一套纬纱牵引力的测量装置,对其进行了详尽的流场分析,并对纬纱牵引力进行了试验测量。结果表明,所设计的测量装置在辅助管道内可以获得较平稳的速度和密度值,有利于数据的采集和分析;不同规格的纱线在相同条件下获得的牵引力大小和纬纱直径及毛羽有关。试验测量的纬纱牵引力为理论研究提供了一定的依据。Drag force is the main power source for the weft insertion,which can provide a necessary flying rate that satisfies the requirement of the weaving process.A new test is set up for the measuring of the drag force bewteen air and weft.Then,the flow field characteristic is analyzed detailedly.Finally,an experiment about the wefts＇ force is conducted.The results show that a steady velocity and density values are gained in the designed measuring desive of the auxiliary pipeline,which is easy to collect data and analyze,the drag force gained is related to diameter of the yarn and yarn hairiness under different specifications in the same conditions.The results provide a certain basis for the theoretical research.
