社会工作介入艾滋病患者及其高危人群社会治理的研究

摘　　要：探讨社会工作介入艾滋病患者及其高危人群社会治理的必要性、目标、任务和方法,为艾滋病防治工作提供参考。研究表明,社会工作与社会治理在增强艾滋病患者及其高危人群自助能力的方法和过程以及促进社会良性运行与协调发展的目标上具有一致性。提出社会工作介入艾滋病患者及其高危人群社会治理的对策,即注意与受助者保持平等地位,与各个系统协商共治;对艾滋病高危人群采取个案工作的方法,对艾滋病患者采取小组工作和社区工作的方法;建立与人才、资金、制度等相配套的针对艾滋病患者及其高危人群的社会工作体制机制。To offer reference for the prevention and control of AIDS through discussing the necessity,objectives,tasks and methods of social work intervention of social governance of AIDS patients and high- risk groups. The study shows that the social work and social governance methods and process which strengthening the self- help ability and the goal of promoting social benign operation and coordinating development are consistent for AIDS patients high- risk groups. Therefore,we put forward countermeasures of social work intervention of social governance of AIDS patients and high- risk groups from the following steps： we should pay attention to maintain equal status with recipients,to negotiate with each system work; we take case work for high- risk groups of AIDS,take group work and community work for AIDS patients; we should build the social work systems and mechanisms of the matching talents,funds and systems etc for AIDS patients and high- risk groups.
