摘　　要：目的:了解乌鲁木齐市老年糖尿病患者的生存质量现状,探讨相关影响因素,为老年糖尿病患者健康管理提供依据。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,使用EQ-5D量表对乌鲁木齐市1901名老年人进行调查并统计分析。结果:老年糖尿病患者总体生存质量良好,与非糖尿病老年人群比较,生存质量各维度均无统计学差异(均P>0.05);多重线性回归分析结果显示,影响老年糖尿病患者生存质量的因素包括空腹血糖、患病年限、合并高血压、合并糖尿病足、社会支持(均P<0.05)。结论:乌鲁木齐市老年糖尿病患者生存质量和非糖尿病老年人群并无显著差异,空腹血糖水平较高、合并高血压及糖尿病足、病程短及社会支持力度较低的老年糖尿病患者生存质量较差,建议对上述老年糖尿病患者给予更多的健康教育及社会支持。Objective： To investigate the life quality status of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in Urumqi,Xinjiang,discuss the influencing factors so as to provide reference to the patients＇ health management. Methods： Using stratified random sampling method and EQ- 5D scale,a total of 1901 elderly were surveyed. Results： The overall life quality of elderly patients with diabetes is good. There was no statistically significant difference（ all P 0. 05） by comparing the 5 dimensions of EQ- 5D in elderly patients with and without diabetes; multiple linear regression shows the factors that influenced the life quality were blood sugar of limosis,diabetes duration of whether,whether hypertension,diabetes mellitus and social support（ all P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The life quality was no significant difference between elderly patients with diabetes and not with diabetes in Urumqi. It was found that the life quality was poorer of higher fasting plasma glucose levels,complicating hypertension and diabetic foot,short duration and low social support elderly patients with diabetes by multi- factor analysis. More education and social support were suggested to give them.
