摘　　要：目的:调查癌症妇女患者健康体检影响因素,为制定妇女优惠健康体检政策提供科学依据。方法:选取2013年3-4月西安市某三级甲等医院因妇科癌症及乳腺癌住院的全部352名患者为调查对象,通过问卷调查方式获取有关健康体检信息,回收有效问卷327份。应用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果:调查对象受教育程度低,初中及以下学历的占49.23%,大学及以上学历的占20.97%。门诊费用承受能力主要受家庭收入影响,家庭人均月收入低于1000元的妇女能承受500元以上门诊费用的仅有24.70%;对体检的认知调查显示,86.2%的初中及以下学历癌患妇女认为没必要进行健康体检,体检间隔时间认知调查显示,城乡妇女存在差异。结论:受教育程度影响妇女主动健康体检行为及健康体检正确认知,家庭人均月收入影响健康体检行为和农村妇女健康体检正确认知。建议改进对低收入妇女的健康教育方式,出台低收入妇女优惠健康体检政策,从而提高妇女体检认知水平和健康体检率。Objective： To survey the influencing factors health examinations of women patients with cancer so as to provide scientific evidence for making preferential policies on women physical examination. Methods： 352 patients with gynecological cancer and breast cancer in a Class A tertiary hospital in Xi＇an were selected as the subjects from March to April in 2013. Through the questionnaire to obtain information on physical examination,we recycled effective 327 copies of questionnaire. Results： The majority of patients were with low degree of education. Junior high school education accounted for 49. 23%,College education accounted for 20. 97%. The outpatient cost was primarily affected by household income. Only 24. 70% of women whose household income lower than 1000 RMB could afford 500 RMB outpatient cost. Only 86. 2% of women with junior education background considering it unnecessary to have physical check- up. The cognition of physical examination interval showed that there was a gap between city and countryside women. Conclusion： Educational background and family income were the main factors influencing women＇s will to take physical examination and right cognition about Physical examination. The author advised that the government should improve the way of low- income women crowd health education and publish low- income people favoring health check- up policies to improve the level of women＇s physical examination cognitive and physical examination rate.
