泉州市某医院糖尿病足患者截肢手术后子女照护体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解糖尿病足患者截肢手术后子女在照护期间的真实感受,为护士对患者子女进行心理支持提供依据。方法:采用目的抽样法选取2013年4月-2014年10月在泉州市某医院因糖尿病足接受截肢手术患者的子女12人,采用深度访谈法收集资料,并用现象学分析法分析资料。结果:糖尿病足截肢手术后患者子女照护体验主要有5个主题:心理负担较重,生理性负担明显,经济问题,生活节奏被打乱及工作压力大,基本照护技能缺乏。结论:医护人员在治疗患者的过程中不能忽略对患者子女这一照护群体的指导与帮助,应积极教授其必要的知识技能,并为其提供人文关怀及情感支持,为其更好地照护患者提供帮助,以提高患者的治疗效果及生活质量。Objective： To investigate the true feelings of the children in the care of patients who accepted diabetic foot amputation,and provide the basis for the psychological support for the children in the nursing care. Methods： The purposive sampling method was selected from twelve children of the patients who accepted diabetic foot amputation in a hospital in Quanzhou during 2013 April to October 2014. We used qualitative research in depth interview method to collect data,and a phenomenological analysis method was used to analyze the data. Results： There were five themes of the children care experiences of the patients after amputation： the heavier psychological burden,the significant physiological burden,the economy problem,the disrupted pace of life and too much work pressure,the lack of basic nursing skills. Conclusion： The medical personnel in the treatment of patients shouldn＇t neglect the guidance and help of the group of the child care. They should teach them the necessary knowledge and skills actively,and provide humane care and emotional support for the better care of patients so as to improve patient treatment effect and life quality.
