摘 要:采用含低粘度羧甲基纤维素钠(L-CMC)与纳米SiO_2的改性剂对转移印花原纸进行涂层制备升华转移印花用转印纸。探讨了L-CMC与纳米SiO_2含量及压烫温度与时间对转印效果的影响。结果表明,L-CMC含量、压烫温度和时间对涤纶印花织物表观得色影响较大;压烫温度对强力损失亦有较大影响。转印纸制备最佳配方及工艺:L-CMC 10%,纳米SiO_2 0.8%;转印时间90 s,温度220℃。在此最优条件下,可获得耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均达5级的印花涤纶织物。To prepare the transfer paper applied in the heat-transfer printing, the modifier containing low-viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose and nano-SiO_2 was used to modify the paper by coating method. Effects of the content of L-CMC and nano-SiO_2, the temperature and time of pressing on the color yield of the printed cotton were investigated. The results showed that, the content of L-CMC, the pressing temperature and the pressing time had a great influence on the color yield, the pressing temperature also had a great influence on the color yield and strength. The optimum conditions of modifier and printing process were that of L-CMC 10%, nano-SiO_2 0.8%; pressing time 90 s, temperature 220 ℃. The washing and rubbing fastness of PET prints reached up to grade 5 when the parameters were optimized.
