摘　　要：在阐述我国铁路企业知识产权管理现状的基础上,从国家知识产权整体法律环境有待改善、铁路企业知识产权管理机构及制度还未健全、知识产权保护力度有待加强、知识产权风险分析预警机制没有全面确立、知识产权管理梯队建设有待完善?5?个方面,分析我国铁路企业知识产权管理工作中存在的问题,采用SWOT?分析法对铁路企业专利管理策略,铁路企业技术标准管理策略,铁路企业商标管理策略,铁路企业著作权、域名及技术秘密管理策略进行探讨,制定并实施铁路知识产权管理策略,促进铁路企业可持续发展。Based on expounding the present situation of intellectual property management of railway enterprises in China, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the intellectual property management of railway enterprises from 5 aspects, such as the overall legal environment of national intellectual property needs to be improved, the agent and system of intellectual property management in railway enterprises need to be completed, the protection of intellectual property needs to be strengthened , the risk analysis and pre-alarm mechanism of intellectual property need to be fully established and the echelon construction of intellectual property management needs to be improved. By using SWOT analysis method, the management strategies of railway enterprises in aspects of railway patent, railway technical standards, railway trade mark as well as railway copyright, domain name and technological know-how are discussed, and the management strategies of railway intellectual property are established and implemented, so as to promote sustainable development of railway enterprises.
