摘 要:针对环己酮装置所生产的环己酮成品存在杂质,后续工段需要对环己酮中杂质2-庚酮含量进行严格控制的情况,采用分子筛吸附剂对环己酮成品进行吸附研究。分别考察了吸附剂类型、吸附时间、吸附温度和吸附剂用量等因素对环己酮中2-庚酮的吸附去除效果的影响。通过对吸附剂进行修饰改性处理,吸附效果得到明显提高。结果表明:采用经磷酸改性后的ZSM-5(100)分子筛为吸附剂,在吸附温度30℃,吸附时间2 h,吸附剂与环己酮质量比为1∶50时,2-庚酮去除率达100%。Aiming at the situation that cyclohexanone product contains impurities and 2-heptanone content should be strictly controlled in the subsequent section,the process of adsorbing impurities in the cyclohexanone product by molecular sieve adsorbent is studied. The effects of adsorbent type,adsorption time,adsorption temperature and adsorbent amount on the 2- heptanone removing efficiency are investigated. The adsorption effect is improved by modified treatment of adsorbent. The results show that using ZSM-5( 100)molecular sieve modified by phosphoric acid as adsorbent,under the conditions of adsorption temperature 30 ℃,adsorption time 2 h,and mass ratio of adsorbent to cyclohexanone 1 ∶50,the 2-heptanone removing rate can reach up to 100%.
