摘 要:当前科技在不断的发展,在这种背景下,各种高新技术不断的涌现,实验室内常常会用到分光光度计,通过对分光光度计的使用,能够有效的对物质进行分析。实验室内最常应用到的一种分光光度计为紫外可见分光光度计,紫外线可见分光光度计的吸收光谱,本研究主要就紫外分光光度计的基本性能,应用研究和应用范围等进行简要的分析,希望所得结果能够为相关领域提供可行参考。In the current in the unceasing development of science and technology,all kinds of high and new technologies are constantly emerging,the laboratory will often use spectrophotometer,the use of spectrophotometer can effectively analyze the material.The spectrophotometer most often used in the laboratory is ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer,ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer absorption spectrum.The process of its use has been optimized and improved continuously,so far has become the indispensable one in the field of scientific research and production elements.Therefore,ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer was analyzed,and a brief description on application was studied,hoped the results obtained can provide feasible reference for the related areas.
