摘 要:利用双水相萃取技术提取分离槐米中的芸香甙,以异丙醇/硫酸铵为双水相萃取体系,研究异丙醇质量、硫酸铵质量、水质量、槐米质量等因素对萃取效果的影响。结果表明:在异丙醇质量为18 g,硫酸铵质量为11.5 g,水质量为27 g,槐米质量为1 g的萃取条件下,提取率为21.7%,含量为94.8%。该方法可用于槐米中芸香甙的提取分离。The isopropanol/ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system was used to extract the rutin from flos sophorae.Effects of the mass of isopropanol,mass of ammonium sulfate,mass of water,mass of flos sophorae on the extraction of rutin were studied.The results indicated that the better conditions were obtained as the mass of isopropanol was 18 g,mass of ammonium sulfate was 11.5 g,mass of water was 27 g,mass of flos sophorae was 1 g,extraction yield in the two-phase system was 21.7%,the content was 94.8%.The method is suitable for extraction and separation of rutin from flos japonica.
