关于药物分析学科教学体系的研究

摘　　要：面对药品质量标准的国际化以及CFDA针对仿制药一致性评价的新要求,高校药物分析学科教学面临越来越多的挑战。为进一步完善药物分析学科的培养方案,推动笔者所在学校药物分析学科的教学改革,现对全国几大院校药物分析学科的教学方案进行调研分析,并从课程设置、实验教学、教学学时及教材建设等方面入手进行归纳总结,提出符合我校药物分析学科发展的培养计划,有助于提高教学质量,满足药品质量全面控制对药物分析高素质专业人才的要求。In order to meet the internationalization of drug quality standard and standard of consistency evaluation for generic drug by CFDA,it becomes more and more challenging for teaching of pharmaceutical analysis in college.To further perfect the training program of discipline of pharmaceutical analysis,and to promote the reform for teaching of pharmaceutical analysis in the authors＇ university,teaching schemes for the discipline of pharmaceutical analysis in several major colleges and universities nationwide were deeply investigated and analyzed.By generalization and summarization,training plans from the aspects of curriculum provision,experiment teaching,teaching hours and textbook development suitable for disciplinary development in university were proposed.Teaching reform would be helpful to improve the quality of teaching,and to satisfy the demand of drug total quality control on high quality professionals in pharmaceutical analysis.
