新建本科化学化工学生参与科研工作的思考

摘　　要：新建本科一般没有硕士点,教师的科研项目主要完成人为教师本人,那么本科生作为研究生的替代成为教师的助手成为可能,本文主要对新建本科院校中本科生作为科研主力军的方式与问题探讨。发现新建本科院校学生创新、科研活动能力与意识的不足。通过实施本科生科研导师制、建立师生科研课题小组以及重建师资队伍结构可以提高新建本科化学化工学生参与科研的积极性和实效性,培养高质量的创新人才。The teacher＇s projects can be completed by themselves in newly-established universities which had no master＇s degree programs.Thus undergraduate students can possible become a teacher＇s aide as the alternative of graduates.The methods and problems of undergraduate students as the main force of scientific research were discussed in newly-established universities.The students were lack of innovation,scientific research ability and consciousness were found in newly-established universities.Through the implementation of tutor system for undergraduates,the establishment of scientific research team of teachers and students and reconstruction of teacher teams can improve the positive and effective of participation in scientific research of chemical engineering undergraduates in newly-established universities,to cultivate innovative talents with high quality.
