摘 要:提出了一种通用工作流(general work flow,GWF)技术,改进了传统工作流的缺陷,能有效解决业务流程跨安全区互联、跨机构互通的问题,提高业务流程运转效率及灵活性。采用GWF技术开发了自动化设备模型库、自动化设备检修流程及自动化设备缺陷流程,在此基础上构建基础数据、业务流程和高级应用3个要素互相协同的电网自动化设备全寿命分析评价体系,通过业务流程和数据的横向互联及纵向贯通,实现自动化设备从投运、缺陷处理、检修工作到设备统计、分析、应用的全过程标准化管控。综合智能告警功能的应用案例表明,该体系能有效提升自动化设备缺陷处理效率及相关运行指标,保障自动化系统安全稳定运行。In this paper a general work flow (GWF) technology was presented in order to realize the business process interconnection across the safe zones horizontally, through mutiple institutes vertically, and increase the flexibility and efficiency of business process. The automation equipment maintenance process, automation equipment defect management process,and automation equipment model database were developed using GWF technology. A life cycle operation analysis and evaluation system of power grid automation equipment was established with the coordination of underlying data,business processes advanced applications. The presented system can run through the whole process of automation equipment maintenance, defect treatment, operation condition analysis and evaluation. The application case of comprehensive intelligent alarm function demonstrated that the proposed system can significantly improve the defect treatment efficiency and operation index of automation equipment, and thereby ensure the safe and stable operation of automation system.
