优化原料资源生产合成氨

摘　　要：通过对中国石油兰州石化公司化肥厂目前原料资源配置情况的阐述,提出在满足内部原料供需平衡的前提下,优化调整原料供给结构,从降低风险与产品生产成本的角度,新建年产3.3万吨合成氨装置的设想。同时在原料平衡、工艺技术方案、投资估算、技术经济评价等4个方面对新建合成氨装置的可行性进行分析,明确新建装置的必要性。This paper described the present crude material resource allocation in fertilizer factory of Lanzhou Petrochemical Industry Company, presented a proposal to build a new synthetic ammonia plant with capacity of 33 kt / a by optimize the material demand and supply on the premise of meeting the present internal material balance, and from the view point of lowering down the risks and reducing production cost. A feasibil ity and necessity to build a new plant were studied from four（4） aspects of material balance, process and technology scheme, investment estimate, and technical and economic evaluation.
