摘　　要：二氧化碳汽提法尿素生产工艺,在正常工艺条件下,二氧化碳汽提塔有一定的腐蚀规律。当工艺条件异常时,腐蚀情况加剧,严重影响设备的运行。掌握其内部腐蚀规律及检测特点,对设备平稳运行及延长使用寿命,具有重要意义。Using CO2 vaporizing extract process of urea under normal process condition, the stripper has certain corrosion rule. When abnormal process conditions appear, the corrosion becomes severe, which seriously affects the operation of equipment or even its life. Being familiar with its internal corrosion detection will be of great importance in the equipment running smoothly and in prolonging service life.
