摘  要:介绍合成氨装置第一废热锅炉筒体焊缝裂纹情况及维修过程,分析焊缝裂纹产生原因,认为锅炉筒体连接处焊接中残留了氢和操作介质氢的扩散作用在焊缝金属薄弱环节聚集,产生延迟裂纹。通过在热处理时增加多处保温措施,探头由原来3只增加到7只,并配备辅助火焰加热,维修后效果较好,取得了比较成功的维修经验。The welding crack and its maintenance in No.1 waste heat boiler in synthetic ammonia plant were described. Reasons for the crack were analyzed, and it shows that some residual hydrogen was there at the connection of boiler barrel during welding, and the process medium hydrogen was accumulated there at the weakness of weld metal by diffusion, causing delayed crack generated. Measures were taken, such as adding more heat insulation during heat treatment, adding probes from original three(3) pieces to seven(7), and matching with auxiliary flame heater at the same time. The results are very good, and a successful maintenance experience is gained.
