摘 要:合理选择爆破参数,优化爆破网路,制定可行的爆破安全防护措施,是引水隧洞进口预留岩坎爆破拆除的关键。某电厂预留岩坎爆破拆除时,采用岩坎削顶、岩坎外削岩,引水隧洞端头设置刚性防护,爆破前进行岩坎内充水,孔排间毫秒延时起爆网路及起爆时从沟槽中间向两侧传爆等有效措施,保证了被保护建(构)筑物的安全,实现了预留岩坎的成功拆除,为类似爆破工程提供了参考。Reasonable blasting parameters,optimization of firing circuit and feasible blasting safety protective measures are the keys of blasting demolition of reserved rock ridge in diversion tunnel inlet.Cutting top and outside of the rock ridge,setting rigid protection in the end of the diversion tunnel,filling water within the rock ridge before blasting,millisecond initiation network were used in blasting demolition of reserved rock ridge in diversion tunnel inlet of one power plant.Effective measures like propagation blasting was from the groove in the middle to both sides when initiating was taken to protect the safety of the buildings and structures.The success of reserved rock ridge blasting demolition could provide a reference for similar blastings.
