摘　　要：强直性脊柱炎是骨伤科常见的疑难杂症之一,其病程长、致残率高的特点给患者带来了极大的痛苦。目前,现代医学尚无较为有效的治疗方法,李堪印教授结合自身临床经验,基于中医阴阳学说与现代医学免疫学理论的相似之处,以运用中药调节阴阳-免疫功能平衡为切入点,重新探讨认识强直性脊柱炎的病因病机,创立了具有中西医结合特色的阴阳-免疫双调法来治疗强直性脊柱炎,该疗法从长期疗效来看,极大地减轻了患者发病过程中的痛苦,有效地延缓了本病的进展速度。Ankylosing spondylitis is one of the common difficult miscellaneous diseases of orthopedics,bringing a great pain to the patients because of the long duration and high disability rate. At present,there is no effective treatment method in modern medicine. Professor LI Kanyin,with his own clinical experience and based on some similarities between the theory of Yin and Yang of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical immunology theory,adjusts the balance between Yin and Yang and immune function by traditional Chinese medicine to further explore the etiology and pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis. Finally,he established a new method with integrated Chinese and Western medicine features- by adjusting the balance between Yin and Yang and at the same time adjusting the immune function. In the long term,it has greatly reduced the pain of the patients and has effectively postponed the progress of the disease.
