摘　　要：目的:评价盆炎清方治疗慢性盆腔炎(湿热瘀结型)的临床疗效。方法:观察符合纳入标准的病例60例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例。治疗组方用盆炎清方口服,对照组采用抗宫炎胶囊口服,两组均4周为1个疗程,连续服用3个疗程。观察并记录治疗前后每组患者症状、体征的变化情况。结果:治疗组在改善中医证候方面效果优于对照组(P<0.05),在改善局部体征方面效果与对照组相仿(P>0.05),在综合疗效方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。11种症状中,治疗组在改善下腹疼痛、腰骶酸痛、带下异常、神疲乏力、小便异常及舌象异常上效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。4种体征中,两组疗效相仿(P>0.05)。结论:盆炎清方在治疗慢性盆腔炎(湿热瘀结型)上有较好的临床效果,具有临床实用价值。Objective： To evaluate the clinical curative effect of treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Penyanqing. Methods： We selected 60 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and Chinese medicine dampness- heat and blood stasis patients and randomly divided them into treatment group and control group,each group 30 cases. Treatment group： Penyanqing,4 weeks for a course of treatment,continuous for 3 courses. Control group： oral Kanggongyan Capsule,4 weeks as a course of treatment,continuous for 3 courses. Observe and record the patients＇ symptoms and signs before and after treatment and evaluate the curative effect. Results： The treatment group was better than that in control group（ P〈0. 05） and the effect of improving local signs was similar to that of control group（ P〉0. 05） and was superior to the control group＇s（ P〈0. 05）. Among the 11 kinds of symptoms,the treatment group improved abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,abnormal vaginal discharge,fatigue,urinary abnormalities and tongue abnormal,better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In the 4 signs,the two groups had similar effects（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Penyanqing in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and Chinese medicine dampness- heat and blood stasis has obvious curative effect. Penyanqing has clinical practical value.
