摘 要:目的:对蒙药阿嘎日-35中Si、Pb、Mn、Ni、Mg、Ti、Fe、Cd、As、Hg等10种元素进行初级形态分析。方法:按照形态分析方法处理有关样品,采用ICP-AES法对各种形态样品中元素的含量进行测定,同时计算形态参数。结果:元素Mg含量最高(465.51μg/g),元素Ti(13.19μg/g)含量最低,而其中元素Mg总提取率(83.00%)最高,元素Ti总提取率(11.94%)最低。Cd、As、Hg、Pb含量非常少。结论:该成药重金属含量达到国家药品要求标准,形态分析结果为进一步探讨阿嘎日-35中微量元素与药效关系,提高药效和使用范围提供依据。Objective: The primary speciation of ten kinds of trace elements in mongolian medicine Argari- 35 was investigated. Methods: The primary speciation of various kinds of trace elements in samples were measured and the primary speciation analysis parameters were calculated. Results: The highest content was Mg( 465. 51 μg/g) and the lowest content Ti( 13. 19 μg/g). The highest total extraction rate was Mg( 83. 00%). The lowest total extraction rate was Ti( 11. 94%). The contents of Cd,As,Hg and Pb were very low. Conclusion: The contents of heavy metal in the medicine are in accord with the national drug standards,providing the reference for the further exploration of the relationship between trace elements,the efficacy and application scope of the Argari- 35.
