摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定气管炎丸中野鸢尾黄素的含量。方法:色谱柱:DiamosilTMC_(18)色谱柱(New Column250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以0.1%磷酸水溶液(A)-乙腈(B)-0.1%磷酸-0.5%甲基-β环糊精水溶液(C)为流动相;梯度洗脱;流速:1 m L·min^(-1);柱温:40℃;检测波长:265 nm;进样量:10μL。结果:野鸢尾黄素的进样量在12.8~76.8μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.79%,RSD为1.1%(n=9)。结论:此方法简便、灵敏、重现性好,可用于气管炎丸中野鸢尾黄素的含量测定。Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of irigenin in Compound Qiguanyan Pill by HPLC.Methods： The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C^TMC_（18）column（ New Column 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm） with the mobile phase consisting of 0. 1% phosphoric acid（ A）- acetonitrile（ B）- 0. 1% phosphoric acid- 0. 5% methyl- β cyclodextrin water solution（ C） at the flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min^-1with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 265 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. Results： The calibration curve was linear（ r = 0. 9997） in the range of 12. 8- 76. 8 μg for irigenin. The average recovery of irigenin in Compound Qiguanyan Pill was 99. 79% and the RSD was 1. 1%（ n = 9）. Conclusion： The method is quick and convenient for the determination of irigenin in Compound Qiguanyan Pill.
